Refund Policy
1. General Statement
All bookings made through PT Morning Wave International are governed by strict supplier terms. The Company reserves full discretion to accept, reject, or delay refunds. Once a booking is confirmed, the Agent is fully liable for payment, regardless of end-customer issues.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed if approved by the respective airline, hotel, or service provider. Any non-refundable fares, promotional rates, or last-minute bookings are excluded. PT Morning Wave International reserves the right to deduct administrative fees, payment gateway costs, or supplier penalties from any refundable amount.
3. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be credited within 30–60 business days depending on supplier response times. Refunds will be issued only to the Agent’s registered wallet or original payment source.
4. Non-Refundable Transactions
Wallet recharges, top-ups, and prepaid credits are strictly non-refundable. Any misuse or repeated refund claims will result in account suspension.
5. Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as contractual violations. The Company reserves the right to recover legal costs and terminate business relations in such cases.
6. Force Majeure
Refunds are not applicable for cancellations or delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory restrictions. Assistance will be provided at the discretion of the supplier.
7. Administrative Fee
PT Morning Wave International may deduct up to 25% of the booking value as administrative and operational costs on any refund request, irrespective of supplier refund approval.
8. Arbitration & Legal Jurisdiction
In case of refund disputes, both Option A: Arbitration under law or Option B: Civil Court proceedings may apply as final authorities.
9. Final Decision
All refund decisions by PT Morning Wave International are final, binding, and non-contestable
